The following information/documents are part of every application:
In the online application portal:
- Registration in the central online application portal from December 15th, 2022 to January 15th, 2023, 12:00 noon, with personal data
- Information on the curricular and extra-curricular motivation for each chosen university
- Information on the extra-curricular qualification:
- Your role as RWTH representative at the partner university
- Information on extra-curricular qualifications and/or volunteer work, if applicable
To be uploaded in the online application form:
- A tabular curriculum vitae
- Preliminary choice of course (one per university of choice)
- Current list of grades
- Optional: proof(s) of extra-curricular engagement/volunteer work (e.g. BeBuddy program)
- Proof of language skills
- Classification by the Language Center of RWTH Aachen University.
- Language certificate for stay abroad of the Language Center of RWTH Aachen University
- Language diploma - TOEFL, DELF, CAMBRIDGE, ...
