Award Winner of the SEW Eurodrive Award

The SEW Eurodrive Prize is awarded annually by the SEW Eurodrive Foundation. Prize winners are recognized for their high performance, which is defined by excellent work in a reasonable amount of time. The prizes are awarded in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and economics. We are pleased to announce that one of this year's award winners comes from our faculty and congratulate Mr. Alexander Kubin on this success. 
Not only in his master thesis he has achieved an outstanding performance. Mr. Kubin was ranked as the best in his class in the master's program with a focus on electrical power engineering and has also been recognized for his achievements outside of RWTH, including the Aachen VDE Award 2017 and the MAHLE Performance Award 2018 for outstanding academic achievement. 

We wish Mr. Kubin all the best professionally and personally and that he continues to be successful.

 

Exceptional people, fascinating research topics and enjoyable evenings in the Pontstraße -  the award is the recognition of an exciting study time in Aachen which was characterized by unique experiences and adventures.
