    Until further notice, the consultation service of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology will continue to be available to you exclusively by e-mail and/or telephone.

    Please note that wearing a mouth-nose protection is mandatory when entering university buildings!

     

    Departmental Academic Advising (Fachstudienberatung)

    No in-Person consultation at the moment.

    Currently, the preferred way of consultation is consultation via email:

    Please use your RWTH email address for a faster response! Describe your concern and provide your matriculation number and, if necessary, your phone number in order for us to be able to contact you for further inquiries. If applicable, attach relevant documents to your email.

    During office hours, the departmental academic advisors are available to you for consultation by phone:

    Applications to the examination boards can be filled out and filed in the entrance hall of the UMIC building (Mies-van-der-Rohe-Str. 15) into the mailbox underneath the stairs!

    Incomings: By request, we will send your transcripts of records as a scan to your home university and to you. If you need the original document, please send us an email with the postal address (home university or your address) to which we should send the document.

    Outgoings: If you need any signed documents from us for your application to a host university, please send us these by email. We will then sign them and send them back by email.
