Master Study Program
This Master Study Program is closely related to the research area and offers the opportunity to specialize in Micro- and Nanoelectronics:
External and Interdisciplinary Research Organizations
The AMO GmbH (Gesellschaft für Angewandte Mikro- und Optoelektronik mbH) is affiliated to these research activities. There are also close connections to the Forschungszentrum Jülich (Jülich Research Center), as several of the above listed scientists are members of JARA-FIT (= Fundamentals of Future Information Technology) .
The department manages the Central Lab for Micro- and Nanotechnology (CMNT) in close cooperation with the Physics Department of RWTH Aachen.
