New Dean appointed
The University is delighted to announce that Prof. Wilfried Mokwa has been appointed as the new Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from 1 August 2014.
Prof. Mokwa is head of the Institute of Electronic Materials I and holds the corresponding chair. Since October 2011 he had held the position of Vice Dean of the Faculty.

The previous Dean, Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Rudolf Mathar, has taken over the management of the Prorectorate for Research and Structure of the University.
