Prof. Dr. sc. techn. Renato Negra who was already a member of our faculty as junior professor for Mixed-Signal CMOS Circuits, has been university professor for high frequency electronics since December 2013.

Renato Negra was born in 1974 in Bruneck/South Tyrol.

2008 to 2013 Junior professor for Mixed-Signal CMOS Circuits at RWTH Aachen University
2006 to 2008 Post-Doctoral Fellow at iRadio Laboratory of the University of Calgary, Canada
2000 to 2005 Research associate at the Institute for Field Theory and Ultra-high Frequency Technology at ETH Zurich
1998 to 2000 Development and test engineer at Alcatel Space Norway AS in Horten, Norway

Education and Training

2006 Doctorate (Dr. sc. techn.) at the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering ETH Zurich
1999 Diploma in Telematics, specializing in Ultra-high Frequency Technology
